This Privacy Policy explains how LETSGOCO INC. (“LetsGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the LetsGo website, application, and related services (the “Platform”), whether you are a Customer, an Authorized User, a Mentor, or a visitor. This Policy should be read together with the LetsGo Terms of Service and Use (the “Terms”), available at Terms of Service, which it is incorporated into by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

1.3 Information We Collect Automatically
Device and browser information, IP address, log data, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies including various analytics and tracking tools selected by LetsGo from time to time at its discretion.
1.4 Information From Business Customers
If you are an Authorized User, your employer or other Business Customer may provide your name and email address to LetsGo to set up your account. Business Customers may also provide or generate information about their organization through the Platform, including team size, goals, and other business context used to configure and personalize the service for their Authorized Users.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
- match Mentors and Customers, and process Bookings;
- process payments and facilitate Mentor payouts via Stripe;
- generate AI-assisted transcripts, summaries, and outcome tracking for Sessions;
- evaluate Outcome Guarantee requests under the Terms;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- send service communications, and, where you have not opted out, marketing communications;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and violations of the Terms; and
- comply with applicable law.
3. Recording, Transcription, and AI Tools
Sessions are conducted via Zoom (or other Video Tools we select from time to time at our discretion) and are recorded. Call audio and video may be processed by an AI note-taking tool — currently recall.ai — to generate a transcript and summary. LetsGo may change the AI note-taking tool and any other Video Tools at its discretion from time to time. Your use of Zoom, recall.ai, and any other Video Tools is also subject to those providers’ own privacy policies and terms, which govern how they themselves handle the data.
These outputs are made available to the Mentor and the Customer as well as the Authorized User who attended the Session and, where applicable, may be visible to a Business Customer’s designated administrators through the dashboard described in the Terms.
A Business Customer’s designated administrators may access all Session-related information through the dashboard described in the Terms, including recordings, transcripts, summaries, and outcome data for Sessions attended by their Authorized Users.
We retain Session recordings and transcripts indefinitely for purposes of providing, improving, and developing the Platform and our services, unless we are required to delete them by applicable law or as otherwise described in this Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information with:
- Stripe, or any alternative payment processor selected by us from time to time, to process payments and Mentor payouts;
- Zoom and any other Video Tools, to host Sessions and generate recordings, transcripts, and summaries;
- hosting, analytics, and email/communications providers that help us run the Platform;
- a Business Customer, where you are an Authorized User, to the extent described in Section 3 above;
- professional advisors, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law; and
- a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information.
5. International Data Transfers
Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside that region, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed there.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Session recordings and transcripts are retained indefinitely as described in Section 3, unless we are required to delete them by applicable law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. These currently include tools from providers such as Google (including Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn, which may place their own cookies and tracking technologies on the Platform to support analytics, advertising, and tracking features. We may use, and may add, remove, or change, these and other analytics, product, and (where applicable) advertising providers and their cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies from time to time, and are not limited to any specific vendor.
8. Your Rights and Choices
If you are a resident of the United States, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in other states) to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, or to object to or restrict certain processing. More generally, regardless of where you live, you are entitled to whatever rights apply to your personal information under the law of your own jurisdiction, and we will honor those rights to the extent required by applicable law.
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@letsgo.co. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails; this will not affect transactional messages, such as booking confirmations.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Sensitive Information
Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information) or yours or anyone else’s confidential or proprietary information during a Session or elsewhere on the Platform. As explained in the Terms, LetsGo does not undertake any confidentiality obligation with respect to Session content, and such information may be captured in recordings and transcripts processed by the third-party tools described in Section 3.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for business and professional use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
