- What happens before my session?
- Tell us what you’re working on in a short brief. Your coach uses it to prepare, so you can get straight to work.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. You don’t need any technical background. Your coach starts from where you are and works in the tools you already use.
- What actually happens in a session?
- You get 50 minutes on video with your screen shared. Your coach has read your brief beforehand, so you start on the real problem. They show you first, then hand you the keyboard, and you finish with the thing built.
- What if we don’t finish?
- Some projects take more than one session. You keep the recording and notes, and you can book your next session with the same coach or a different one.
- What is the LetsGo Promise?

- How does rescheduling work?
- Move or cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund. After that, you can still cancel, but it isn’t refunded. You can book another session with the same coach or a different one.

- Yes. After a session you can book the same coach again from your session page, or pick a new outcome whenever you’re ready.
